I was upgraded to huge and immaculately clean double room with lovely large bed. The amenities included a hair dryer and a kettle.
Even though everything was good, some of the staff were not very good.

The rooms were supersuper clean and cozy. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great buffet and a hot meal. We visited the nearby Pleasure Beach and the iconic Tower, both of which were fantastic. I'd definitely recommend this spot for the friendly vibe and tasty food.
The only downside was that the entertainment could be a bit hit or miss on some nights, but it didn't ruin our stay.
